Cuban Question.

Feeling against the United States alill runs high in Spain. In Valencia the mob stoned the American consulate. In Madrid the students broke out in roit and burned the U.S. flag, in consequence of which the University has been closed. t The Minister for the Colonies lias made an eloquent appeal for the neutrality of the United States in the Cuban dispute. It is reported that President Cleveland has refused to recognise the Cuban insurgents. The students of Princton College (U.S.A.), dragged the Spanish flag through the mire, and burned King Alfonso of Spain in effigy. The Spanish Government are endeavoring to purchase four cruisers from Great Britain.
