Before H. A. Stratford, Esq., Warden. Tueday, April 13th. Two friendly suits by E. Gruber against H. J. Cope for non-renewal of water-race licenses in Twelve-mile Creek resulted in the infliction of fines and costs amounting to £2 Is. 8 A residence-area was granted to G. A. Page at Pembroke. P. Leishman’s application for reservoir at Macetown was adjourned for a week. Twenty-four acres were granted to T. Mathicson at Mount Beetham under agricultural lease.
