FAREWELL AT CONVENT

On a recent Sunday evening the Children of Mary and the St., Joseph’s Choir members met at the Convent schoolroom to farewell Miss Mary Munro before her departure for Dunedin. Father W. A. Hanrahan presented Miss Munro with a clock and referred to the esteem in which she was held. A social hour was spent, items being given by Misses P. Robins, D. Sanders, M. O’Connell, F. Cosgrove and Mrs T. Donaldson.
