A pig with five sets of trotters has been observed on the farm of Mr. R. E. Lankey, of Te Waitere. The animal, of the large white breed, was thought to be a perfectly normal animal until a few days ago, when the owner, on noticing it limping, found that on one leg it had two sets of trotters. Both are fully formed, and the leg is thicker than is usual to permit their attachment. The animal is about five or six months old at present.
