MOKAUITI SALE.
Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report having held a sale at Mokauiti on 25th inst., when a fair yarding of sheep came forward. There was a good market for all lines at prices on a par with recent ruling rates at other centres. Quotations: Fair 2-tooth ewes 425; good 6-year ewes 30s 6d; fair quality 5year ewes 25s 6d; plain sorts 18s to 235; cull ewes 13s to 15s; 2-tooth wethers 24s 3d to 24s 9d; fat lambs 24s 6d; good store lambs 17s 8d to 18s 6d; small wether lambs 14s 2d; 1 and 2-shear Romney rams 5 to 51 j gns.
