PURSUANT to Section 13 of the Local Body Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Borough of Te Kuiti, taken on the 3rd day of February, 1937, on the proposal of the Te Kuiti Borough Council to borrow the sum of Five Thousand Pounds (£5000) for the purpose of STREETS IMPROVEMENTS, the number of votes recorded for the proposal was 115, and the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 146.
