BASKETBALL RESULTS. (Own Correspondent). Playing on the home ground last Saturday Mokauiti defeated Rovers by 14 points to 9. Personal. Mr. and Mrs. Hodges, of Te Kiri, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Rattenbury for a few days. Mrs.. W. B'. Hayward, of Waitakaruru, is visiting relatives in Mahoenui. Mrs. L. Purdie and family left for New Plymouth on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. L, Summers and family have left on a holiday visit to Auckland. Mrs. H. Moore has returned from a brief visit to her parents at Opunake. Mrs. W. J. R. Avery has left to spend a few weeks with her sister, Mrs. W. Stockley, at Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. P. Hansen are visiting relatives at Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Rattenbury, accompanied by Mrs. J. Avery, visited Mrs. B. Hayward at Waitakaruru, afterwards motoring to Auckland to the races. Mr. J. Avery, with Mr. H. Moore, visited Hamilton during Show Week. Mrs. J. Old, accompanied by Mrs. R. Old, spent a few days in Hamilton last week. Mr. Ashley Burke, of Hawera, spent a few days with Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Summers. Mr. C. Roberts, accompanied by his daughter Pat, has left for Whakatane. Mrs. H. Carter, with her small son, left on Monday to visit relatives at Urunui. Mr. G. Glegg visited Mr. and Mrs. J. Avery over the week-end. Mi's. L. Ridling is holidaying at Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. A. Morton have left to spend a week in Auckland with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. J. Cooke, with small son John, motored to Auckland on Monday,
