SEPARATION CASE

ELEMENTS FOR RECONCILIATION ORDERS NOT GRANTED. "I take the responsibilty for saying that there are the elements for a reconcilation here," said Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yesterday, when Elizabeth May Dinsdale brought an action against her husband, John Dinsdale, of Mananui, for separation and maintenance orders and guardianship orders in respect of the four children of the marriage. The husband opposed the application. After hearing the evidence of the wife Mr. Levien stated that he could not grant any orders under the statute, and appealed to. her that surely some working arrangement could be made.
