How boy labour is gradually being absorbed was shown in the report presented to the Wellington Colleges' Board of Governors by Mr. F. Martyn Renner, principal of Rongotai College. At the beginning of the year the Sixth Form nad about 30 boys in it, all matriculated. The form has now only 11 in it. "I am glad to say," added Mr. Renner in his report, "that the very great majority of letters received from, business men who have Rongotai College boys in their employ, and to whom I have written, have expressed their satisfaction with in their service."
