Counsel was examining one of his own witnesses in the Arbitration Court at Wellington a few days ago. He had just called him, and was eliciting various personal details. "Your name?" he queried, and was answered, "Your address?" he continued,, and received the answer he expected; then "Your occupation?" "Nothing at all," answered witness, unabashed.
