The Sydney Millions Club recently entertained the Dutch pilots of the machine which, as a passenger-car-rier, came second in the Melbourne Air race. Sir Arthur Richard said that Dutch and British had pioneered the oceans and were now.pioneering the air. Mr. K. D. Parmentier said that the Royal Dutch Air Line intended to introduce a twice-week service between Amsterdam and Batavia in March next year. The trips would occupy five days. They could judge that the service could easily be extended to Australia. Mr. Moll said that if the air race had been three months later he and Mr. Parmentier would have flown in an allDutch built machine with a speed of 160 miles an hour, accommodation for 32 persons, and sleeping accommodation for 12 persons. The .journey would have occupied about six days.
