OUTWARD TRAFFIC FIGURES. ANNUAL RETURNS FROM TE KUITI STATION. As was expected, the outward revenue received at the local station for the 1933-34 linancial year which ended on 31st March, exceeded the revenue for the previous year by well over £oooo £6577 to be precise. The increase has been practically an all round one; 2024 more passengers have been carried from this station, from which the additional revenue amounted to £941. Other increases are: Cattle and calves, 3544; sheep and pigs, 4376; timbei', 931,500 feet, and other goods, the most important of which are lime and farm products, 6935 tons. The goods revenue rose by no less than £5807. Both miscellaneous and parcels revenue show a slight decrease over last year, but these amounts amour t to very little. The outward revenue increased from £61,071 to £67,648. The following table shows the great
