LEGISLATION COMING. Cabinet has decided to introduce legislation to give full legal force to the present dairy regulations prohibiting suppliers changing from one factory to another during any one season. Within the last week the validity of the regulations was questioned in the Court of Appeal, and the Solicitor-General (Mr. A. Fair, K.C.) intimated that it was the intention of the Government to take action. The measure will be introduced shortly and passed this session.
