When dealing with the proposal to obtain intellectual co-operation for the cause of peace, Mr. Gilbert Murray, chairman of the League of Nations International Council, suggests the creation of an organisation to be known as "Soldiers of Peace," consisting of students and professors who would be exchanged by universities in conjunction with scholarships tenable throughout the world.
