GERMAN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. TO BE HELD ON MARCH 13. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 12.42 p.m.) Berlin March 2. The Nazis have issued a manifesto drawing attention to the Presidential election, fixed for March 13, the anniversary of. President Hindenburg's signing of the Young Plan, -which brought distress and despair to the country. The manifesto declares that Young Germany, in the person of Hitler, will that day sweep away the old parties, and urges the whole of the German people to assist in placing Hitler at the head of the State. He is the last hope of the people, from whence everything has been taken.
