ANTI-COMMUNISTIC CAMPAIGN.
- BY FRENCH GOVERNMENT. SUPPRESSING A NEWSPAPER. (Press A ssoci at io n.—( ’opyrigh t.) (Received 9.1 U a.m.) London, October 25. The Times Paris correspondent states that the Minister of the Interior has suppressed the Riscossa, an Italian Communist paper of remarkable provocativeness. This is the first evidence of the Government’s stricter control on foreigners’ political activities and is the result of Italian attacks on the Government.
The Minister also ordered the police to closely watch foreign agitators.
