Sir,—At the last meeting of the Borough Council a petition to change the system of rating in Te Kuiti was presented, I think the ratepayers of this town should have the facts placed before them lucidly, and with this end in view would suggest that, the moving spirits in the proposed change should call a public meeting and thrash the whole matter out.—Yours, W.
