GERMAN NEWSPAPERS.
TO CEASE PUBLICATION Received 9.5 a.m. Amsterdam, Friday. The whole of the Berlin press has telegraphed to Bethmann-Hollweg that owing to shortage of papei and coal it may be impossible to publish newspapers from the beginning of next week, and demand an immediate remedy. They point the out political consequences of stopping newspapers as fatal.
