He recommends the suggested amendments of Servia and Greece be considered after the formal peace signatures have been obtained.

A statement has been circulated showing that the territory amounts to IG9 thousand kilometres. Bulgaria proposes to take 87,000 kilometres; Servia 26,000; Montenegro 7000; and Greece 11,000, Turkey retaining 12,000 and Albania 20,000. Servia and Grecee propose that Bulgaria should take 61,000. Servia 36,000, Montenergo 7000, and Greece 27,000.
