PEACE NEGOTIATIONS.
INTRIGUES OF ALLIES. BULGARIA'S BIG CLAIM. By Teleffraph Press Association.- Oopyriclit Received this day, 9.35 a.m. London, Tuesday. The allies 7 intrigues previously retard tho holding of the Peace Conference. Bulgaria and Turkey are ready to sign on the basis of peace. Daneff, Bulgaria's leading peace delegate, suggests that as hostilities were stopped by the Powers, they are under a moral obligation to see the peaco signed wtihout delay. He recommends the suggested amendments of Servia and Greece be considered after the formal peace signatures have been obtained.
A statement has been circulated showing that the territory amounts to IG9 thousand kilometres. Bulgaria proposes to take 87,000 kilometres; Servia 26,000; Montenegro 7000; and Greece 11,000, Turkey retaining 12,000 and Albania 20,000. Servia and Grecee propose that Bulgaria should take 61,000. Servia 36,000, Montenergo 7000, and Greece 27,000.
