London, Monday. Roman Catholics and Nationalists are being urged from all the Catholic pulpits in Belfast to abstain from attending Mr Churchill's meetings. It is unofiiicallv stated that the comandant recommends that the Belfast garrison be increased from 1700 men to 5000. ,
