ACCiDENT AT TE KUITI.

A distressing accident occurred 01/ Sunday afternoon at Te Kuiti, whereby Ivh'3 F. B. Darrow sustained a painful injury. Air Darrow was driving the family home from Te Kumi in the evening and Mrs Darrovv \va3 riding alongside the buggy. When opposite Mr Somervilie's residence, Mrs Darrow's foot, by some means caught the wheel of the buggy and she was thrown to the ground, sustaining a serious injury to the ankle besides a severe shaking. The injured lady was conveyed to her home in the buggy, and the services of Dr Patxon were immediately requisitioned. Mrs Darrow is doing as wall as can bs expected, but it wil b« some time before she can be about.
