JTIEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto i- required to be taken, under (lie I'uhlie Works Act. 1908, for the purposes of Municipal buildings in (he Borough of Te Kuiti: And Whereas (he To Kuiti Borough Council has laid before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act: Now, therefore, I. John Poyniier Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Work? Act, PJOB, and the Municipal Corporations Act, li'OS.andof all other powers in anywiso enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said Municipal buildings, and shall, as from the date hereinafter specified, vest, in 'he Mayor.
