Land taken for the Purpose of a Quarry in the Borough of Te Kuiti. (L.S.) ISLINGTON, Governor. A PROCLAMATION. /■ HEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, for the purposes of a quarry in the Borough of To Kuiti. And whereas the Council of the Borough of Te Kuiti has laid before the Governor a memorial, together with a map, in duplicate, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the Public Works Act, 1908: Now, therefore, I. John Poynder Dickson-Poynder, Baron Islington, the j Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and in exercise j of the powers and authorities in me vested by the Public Works Act, 190S, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling; me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the j Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said quarry, and j shall vest in the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Te Kuiti; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven. ajEtuixoidciy | ! < N-i I In the Auckland Land District; aB the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District.
