A transferee, in his declaration, said his capital was £IB.OOO, and on being questioned confirmed this. This amount is greater than the law allows such applicants to have. It was suggested that the transferee, whose misfortune it was to own £IB,OOO, should consult his solicitor, with a view to making a fresh declaration.
