EMPIRE LIVING PICTURES. The programme to be presented at Te Kuiti Public Hall on Monday evening next by the above company is said to be one of the best produced. On Wednesday evening the Hamilton Town Hall was packed to its fullest extent when this programme was put on for the first time, among the large audience present being some 150 local and visiting bowlers. The different items were most enthusiastically received, especially the beautiful scenic pictures, and one of the sweetest dramas imaginable, entitled "The Daisy Chain." A stirring story of life in the early days of America was produced, and is spoken of by the Hamilton papers as one of the most wonderful picture dramas ever screened. It abounds in exciting incidents and keeps the audience deeply interested right to the finish. The comic items this week are of the most laughable description. The full programme appears in our advertising columns.
