KING COUNTRY BUTTER.

PIO PIO SCORES TOP PRICE. We are pleased to learn that the Piol'io Dairy Factory Company, Ltd., obtained top price, 100 shillings per cwt., in the London market for their shipment of 55 boxes of butter per s.s. Arawa. This is very important as showing that butter suitable to the tastes of London consumers, can be produced in the King Country. Butter, after pasteurisation, develops flavour by keeping, which fact will be nf great assistance to those factories who ship to London, and whose suppliers home-separate their cream, rendering pasteurisation at the factory afterwards necessary.
