Mexicans are enlisting hostile Yaque Indians to aid the insurrection against the Government of the United States. Troops will be despatched to the border of Texas in the event of an invasion taking place. SITUATION STRAINED. San Francisco, Yesterday. All American women have been ordered to keep off the streets of Tihuahua, Mexico, to save themselves from insults from Mexicans Americans are leaving for home. The situation is strained. FURTHER RIOTING AND KILLED. Gomez Falacio and its seven thousand inhabitants, has been overpowered by Mexico City, which has cut off telegraph communication. It is reported that there has been a resumption of riots at I'uelba with thirty people killed. The Associated Press-leased wire from Laredo to Monterey and Mexico City has been commandeered by the Mexican Government on the plea of military urgency. Riotings are reported at Zacatecas, also Torreon. BATTLE IMMINENT. Received November 23, 9.40 a m. New York, Yesterday.
A revolutionary leader named Madero entered Mexico at. the head of some followers. Troops have been despatched against, him and a battle seems imminent. Later reports from Acambaro, Mexico, state that a body of three hundred men bad freed all prisoners from the gaols. Having armed themselves they seized the county funds from the Municipal Hall, and then engaged the troops in a light Twenty revolutionists wore killed and eighty wounded. Maciero is reported to be at the head of six hundred insurgents. Republican troops have been sent northwards ro meet him. probably near Laredo. The insurgents cut the telegraphs wires. Huindreds of troops at Gomez; Palachio have gone over to the insurgents.
