TE KUITI—YESTERDAY. (Before Mr F. O'B. Loughnan, S.M.) Thomson v. Hira.—Claim for board. Judgment for plaintiff for £1 10s, costs 17s 6d. E. A. Power (Mr Finlay) v. D. O. Stewart (Mr Franklin).— Clairfl of £IOO for negligent driving of a motor waggon on the Awakino road. The plaintiff's solicitor laid five charges, each of which he claimed showed negligence. The defendant did not admit negligence in any form. Judgment was given for the plaintiff for £SO general damages, £27 10s 6d medical expenses and costs, were also allowed.
