BRITISH AND CANADIAN DELEGATION.

A party of the British and Canadian Delegation visited Kaikoura yesterday, and lunched at the Adelphi Hotel. Included in the party were Colonel Wickham (leader), the Earl of Listowel (deputy), Air G.
