MARLBOROUGH LAND BOARD.

The following buaiucss of interest to Kaikoura, v. as transacted at the .Land Board meeting on Thursday last:— Tlie application of Kelly Kemp for •Section 1, Block XL. Mt. Fyffe Survey District, South Bay Fishing Reserve, was approved. Allan Howard was granted the fee simple of Section 5, Block 111, Mt. Fyffe Survey District, area 318 acres. Approval was granted to transfer S.G.R. 206, Run 95, Block XV., Hundalee Survey District, 1794 acres, from Albert John Cook and Frank Cooke to Frank Cook. The application of G. E. Gibson to transfer Section 12, Block 11., Greenburn Survey District- to S. C. Heard, was declined. Approval was granted to transfer Run -So, Block IX., Ilundalee Survey District, 1410 acres, from R. S. W. Perry to L. P. Blunt. George H. Dickson was granted approval to transfer Run 91, Block XI., Ilundalee Survey District, to G. E. Gray.
