Congress-Government Deadlock Reed 8 40 a m Delhi, Aug 20 The derd ock between the Government and the Congrsss is now regarded complete following the publication by Gandhi of a lengthy statement containing grave charges against the Government for a breach of the Delhi Agreement, including the maltreatment of vil'agers by * landlords during rent collection and the Government officials were alleged guilty of connivance.
