Foundering of Kwongsang Survivors Captured by Chinese R cd 8 40 a m Shanghai, Aug 20 After all hope was abandoned for the survivors of the ' Indo-China steamer Kwongsang, wbicb foundered in a typhoon on August 10th, H.M.'S Sepoy discovered wreckage on Fuyan Island, sixty miles north of Foochow, and inquiring from fisher lolk and learning that the bodies washed ashore had been buried, it also learned that three or four survivors were captured by the Chinese, and it is believed are held for ransom. The landmg parties are now searching for the pirates’ lair to rescue the captives.
