The Minister of Railways.

Per Press Assdcfctloß* CHRISTCHURCH, May 12. The Hon J. A. Millar, Minister of Railways, stated to a reporter yesterday that he had received the report of the Addington Workshops Commission. The report will be submitted to the Cabinet, which will decide whether the contents will be made public at once or after the document has been presented to Parliament. The Minister visited the workshops this afternoon.
