Globe v. Crushingfcon. The piatch Globe v. Crushington, resulted in a win for Globe on the first innings by 33 runs. Globe wei.t to th t wickets first and knocked up 80, finlayson 5 for 31, Burns 2 for 34, and Fitzgerald 2 for 9, divided the bowling honours. Crushington then went in and only managed 10 knock up 47, Williams 5 for 22, Fern 3 for 6, and Thompson 1 for 17, proving the destroying element. In their second innings Globe knocked up 179, Fern 44, Thompson 32, Firth 25, Williams 23, Daw 22. being the principal scores. Finlayson 2 for 41, Burns 3 for 27, Guider 4 for 49.
