This was on application by the Cocii! pany for three months protection of lease, Murray Creek. 3he hearing had been called p.n at the previous sjttin.g of the Court, and finally adiournpd until to,-d,fiy for determination. Wow the Court could not find that the sinking of the Energetic shaft could in any manner affect the future prospects of the applicant's lease. The shaft was situate 400 feet from the Dauntless boundary, while the dip or pitch o,f the reef wns not in the direction alleged, i,n the affidavits fijed.
