Defendant adiqittepj the liability, but requested time to pay the amount. Plaintiff agreed to i^llow time, and judgment was given fpr the amount to bo paid jn two instalments. The first payment to be made en the Ist January, and the s.ec.oud pn the Ist February, The pourt then adjourned.
