The Board, of Governors of the Canterbury College has decided to advertise for a lady principal for the Girl's High School at a salary of £450 a year, and a bonus of £5 for every pupil ; also to ask the Government for an endowment of five thousand acres of agricultural land for the school. The Bpaivl appointed a committee to select a farm for file purpose of an agricultural school.
