SHOW ON THE DOMAIN
(TO THE EDITOR) '
Sir, Mt J. E.' Silcock, Waitoki apparently requires little assurance for him to arrive at a decision.' Had he been sincere in his enquiries and contacted all councillors he would havefound at least four, who, although in favour of the show on the domain are quite definite I did not make the statements referred to. Further, can ‘ he tell me why, if such statements.. were made, they were not challenged on the night in question. It is questionable in whether Mr Silcock was really thinking of the election and not the show and if so his effort to discredit me with the voters may prove disappointing.
