A WELCOME HOME
GATHERING AT MATATOKI The newly formed Matatoki Social Club recently arranged a very pleasant evening to welcome home Mr and Mrs lan Clark, who were recently married. On behalf of the large number of local residents present, Mir T. Scott presented the young couple with a handsome gift and asked them to accept the best wishes of their many friends. A suitable reply was made by Mr Clark. To Mrs Scott, mother of the bride, was presented a floral tribute and another was given to Mrs Clark, senior. Dancing was kept up to a late hour to the music prbvided by. Herb. Walker’s orchestra.
