WILLOW DRAIN

HAURAKI UNITED AREA APPLICATION FOR A GRANT An application from the Hauraki United Drainage Board for an additional grant of £620 to meet the cost of reconstruction work on Willow drain was considered at the meeting of the Hauraki Catchment Board held recently in Te Aroha. The catchment board resolved to approve the application and that it be forwarded to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Council with the recommendation that it be favourably considered by the council.
