J. F. KIDD SCORES WELL

THE DRAW FOR SATURDAY NEXT

As anticipated the attendance of members of the Paeroa Golf Club at the Rotokohu course last Saturday was below par but with a farmers versus the rest match as the main event the players present were on their toe to record a win for their side. The final result of all square was a pleasing one.

In the four ball best ball bogey handicap played in conjunction with the principal event Ken Morrison and E. R. Ward combined well to win with a card of five up, followed by R. Sumner and H. Walker with four up. J. F. Kidd surpassed himself on Sunday to register a fine 73 gross medal which gave him an easy win with 41i points in the medal stableford played. On Saturday next a bogey handicap will be played and the draw is:—
