SNOW NEAR TAPU
SEEN BY BUS PASSENGERS
LIGHT COVERING ON 'RANGE
On Thursday morning last week a light ©overling of snow was seen by Whitianga bus passengers at a place known as the logging skids on the big hill behind Tapu. The bus driver stopped to let his passengers get a better look at what is 'believed to 'be the first snow ever seen in that locality.
