ALL CLASSES OF STOCK GOOD YARDING AT KOPU SALE Messrs D&igety and Company Limited report good entries of eattta, sheep and pigs at the fortnightly Kopu sale, the whole yarding meeting a ready sale At very firm values. Over 800 sheep of all classes were penned and the whole yarding was disposed of at late rates. Store twotooth wethers realised £l/19/16; good W.F. wether lambs £l/5/6 to £l/6/9; medium, £l/1/- to £l/8/-; small, 16/6 to 1 19/9; good bJ. lambs, £l/4/6 to £l/5/3; medium, £1 to £l/1/6; S.Mj ewes to til'll-.
Bpef yarded in good numbers end, quality sold very freely under strong competition. Good young cows, heavy, £l3 to £l4/17/6; medium £ll to £l2 15/-; lighter, £9 to £lO/14/-; light £7/15/- to £B/18/-; plain and unfinished £6/10/- to £7/10/-.
Boner and heavy works cows were in keen demand and sold at advanced rates.
There was a good entry of fat pigs and the demand was keen. Prime heavy faaconers £B/19/- to £7; heavy, £6/10/- to £6/16/-; medium £6 to £6/8/-; heavy porkeri, £6/10/- to £5/15/-; medium £5 to £5/8/-; lighter £4/10/- to £4/15/-.
