Hon. Goosman Congratulated
A resolution congratulating the Hon. W. S. Goosman upon his appointment as Minbter-in-Charge State Hydro-Electric Department was carried at the February meeting of the Thames Valley Electric Power Board. Mr J. F. Mayn, chairman of the board, said that it was most pleasing to members that one of the board had been appointed Minister.
