Mr S. E. Hall, of Matatoki, president of the Northern Thames sub-provincial executive of Federated Farmers, is visiting Wellington, where he will attend the annual Dominion conference of Federated Farmers.
Mr H. Walls of Ellerslie was the guest of Mr and Mrs W. Kidd, Kerepehi, during the week-end.
Mr J. J. Shannon, touring manager of the Commonwealth Theatre Guild, is in Paeroa arranging for the forthcoming visit to the Regent Theatre of The Great Franquin, hypnotist.
