TRANSFER APPROVED
PROVIDE A ROAD LINK INDEMNITY FOR COUNCIL The Ohinemuri County Council at its May meeting dealt with two transfers in regard to two areas of land which will provide a road link at Waihi between Costello’s road and Trigg road via Mathers’ road. The council agreed to accept dedication of the road in consideration of an indemnity being given freeing it from any expenditure thereon.
