FORMATION OF CLUBS OFFICERIS FOR YEAR ELECTED A meeting of all interested in forming a hockey club was held in the Kerepeehi Hall, Mrs W. Kidd presiding. Keen interest was shown and it was decided to form ladies’ and men’s .clubs. The election of officers for the Ladies’ 'Club took place and resulted .as follows: —Patron: Mr P. G. Pearce; president: Mirs W. Kidd; secretary .and treasurer: Miss L. Poland; vice presidents:' Messrs H. Collins, F. Bartley, C. Pearce, W. M. Thompson, W. Thomson, J. Braithwaite; executive committee: Misses D. Booth, J. Candy, E. Patterson, A. Trembath, Messrs W. Kidd, R. Redwood, C. .Harvey, 18. (Bartley. R. Thompson; .selector and coach: Mrs W. Kidd; delegates: Mrs W. Kidd and Mr H. W. Candy. Tt was decided to affiliate with the Hauraki Plains Ladies’ Hockey Association. were fixed at 2/6 and' uniforms were agreed to be navy gyms, red girdles and caps. Mr Candy offered to donate a ball to the club. TEAM FROM KEREPEEHI MATCH WITH KOPU'ARAHI The Kerepeehi ladies hockey team will play its 1 first match of the season on Saturday when they will meet Kopuarahi. The team will 'be as under:— iGoal: M. Fawcett; Full B'acks: E. Patterson, L. Poland; Halves 1 : K. Jordan, D. Booth, M. Poland; Forwards: V. Fisher, J. Hayes 1 , K. Jessen, A. Trembath, J. Candy; Elmegencies: L. .Hayes and) N. Hayes.
