RENT NOT PAID FOR HOUSE CASE BEFORE PAEROA COURT Before Mr W. H. Freeman S.M., in the Paeroa Court on Monday, Bennis Clive Lynn proceeded against a Maori J. T. Tuki, for possession of a house. Questioned by the magistrate Tuki said he had been unable to pay the rent for the last six months as he had only had casual work and could' not secure a permanent job. The magistrate entered an order for possession within one month and judgment for rent outstanding £32, with court costs ££, solicitors fees £2/11/6 and translation £l/1/0.
