SEALING STARTED
PRIMING ON KOPU ROAD PRIMING COAT LAID The priming coat on the new Thames-Kopu road is now being laid, this work being started last Wednesday. A second sealing coat will follow later. The present weather is extremely suitable for this work, and preparations for it have been in hand over the last few days. Naturally, too, under such dry conditions, the dust on the road has been considerable, but this will shortly be remedied, and a good approach to the town will be available well before the holiday season.
