SOCIAL NOTES
Mrs H. E. Taylor of Mairangi Bay is staying at Kaihere as the guest of Mr and Mrs E. R. Tew. Mrs R. Buckrell of Wood street, Paeroa, is spending a few days in Auckland'.' Miss Anna Thompson, formerly of Kaihere, who is now a trainees at the Auckland Hospital has been staying at Torehape as the guest of Mr and Mrs S. H. Anderson. Mrs Gwen Goodsell, daughter of Mr and Mrs F. iH. Bennett of Awaiti, leaves on Friday by the U.S.S. Permanente for the United States. Mrs Goodsell will there re-join her husband who has 1 ibeen attached to the 43rd. Division and they will take up residence in Vermont, New England l States. Mrs G. Sarjant, of Puru and Mrs. G. E. Sarjant Jnr., of Netherton, are visiting New Plymouth. Mrs A. IPaul and daughter Adrienne are visiting New Plymouth. Mrs R. H. and Miss iHeappey of Netherton are visiting New Plymouth. Mrs A. P. Innis has returned to Kerepeehi after spendnig a short holiday in Auckland. Mrs E. Taylor, Kerepeehi, has ibeen holidaying in Auckland.
